Tasked to embellish the penthouse level of a multi-family dwelling, we introduced rich color and texture to an otherwise non-eventful area. Dynamic lighting, new upholstered seating, elegant wallpaper and deep paint hues, carried a theme of rich and sophisticated through the corridor and elevator lobby. The design for these spaces related to the existing palette of the other common areas, which resulted in a cohesive and beautiful end result.
