Sense of place inspired bold design choices in phase two of this project. PM Colby, local artist extraordinaire, created all the art and green owl design's fabrication division hand painted the striking hanging pendants. Tasked with creating a design that would appeal to all residents, we pushed the creative limits for these types of spaces within the property management industry.
