The bold existing conditions within one space coupled with a completely separate business with its own unique brand identity created a challenging integration for the design team. We worked to seamlessly marry the Hair + Space brand with the more bold identity of the current spa tenant (formerly Red Door Salon). Specialty LED lighting installations, custom designed signage, the incorporation of softer elements such as dried florals and wallpapers with organic motifs and soft silhouettes helped soften the dynamic black and white tile floor and expanse of dark, wood veneer surfaces. The final end result brought balance and happiness to both tenants of the space!
