This project was a part of the City of Hyattsville's Facade Improvement Grant program, where the goal is to improve the overall appearance, quality, and vitality of the city's commercial district. The two medical office buildings underwent a complete transformation. Design and construction included roof alterations, complete exterior paint job, all new windows, installation of nichiha wood accents, new backlit signage, and new lighting -- all of which work together for a new and refined, cohesive look. New stairs were also installed for safety.
