Along with the new change in ownership came an especially significant  revitalization of The Shops at Crittenden Crossing. Iconic Tudor detailing now stands proud, with classic touches of brown and white cosmetic paint, metal storefronts, floral refreshes and copper gooseneck lighting, that illuminates the walkway below. Our work concludes with a combination of structural interior unit repairs, new retaining walls, roof replacements, and accessible, ADA complying sloped entries.
