How long does the design process take?

The timeline for each project varies depending on factors such as the complexity of the design, availability of materials, construction timeline, and client feedback. We work closely with our clients to establish a realistic timeline and keep them informed throughout every stage of the process.

Can existing conditions or inventory be incorporated or retained for a design project?

Absolutely! We love renovating existing spaces and understand the value of incorporating existing elements. 

Do I need to be involved in the design process?

While your involvement is encouraged and valued, it's not mandatory. We offer flexible communication options, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and virtual consultations. We'll collaborate closely with you to ensure that the vision is realized, regardless of your level of involvement.

Do you work with contractors and other vendors?

Yes, we have established relationships with trusted contractors, artisans, and vendors in the industry. We'll coordinate with these professionals on your behalf to ensure a seamless execution of the design plan, from conception to completion.

How can I schedule the initial Discovery Call?

To schedule the initial Discovery Call, please first fill out a new project inquiry form (click here to access our Commercial, Residential, or Virtual Design inquiry form). Once complete, a team member will reach out via email with next steps and a link to our scheduling page.

What should I expect during the initial Discovery Call?

The initial Discovery Call is the starting point for your potential project, allowing us the opportunity to understand the baseline needs for the scope of work. We review and further discuss your project goals, requirements, budget range, our process, and answer your specific questions. We will also conduct a virtual tour of your space, as possible.
